Nato Properties Ltd. was established in 1996 with the purpose of building houses using American technology. During the first three years of activity, the technical managers of the sites built by us were American specialists - engineers, who trained our workers and technical staff. In 1999, Nato Properties Ltd. was certified by the American Association of Home Builders for this technology. The company is the only one in Bulgaria that builds houses using American technology. We strictly observe the high standards and technology for the construction of this type of structures. For our many years of activity in construction using American technology, we have built over 50 houses. Some of our workers have acquired experience in the USA. Our technical staff has many years of professional experience in this field.
Our company has its own warehouse, mechanization and transport. Already two generations of our customers enjoy the warmth, comfort and ecological lifestyle in these houses.
Houses built according to American technology are not prefabricated. The wooden monolithic structure is built on site. This technology provides an ecological way of life without carcinogenic and radioactive materials. The whole house is built from the natural natural material. The tree guarantees a life in harmony with nature.
Houses built using American technology are three times more thermally insulated than conventional reinforced concrete structures with brickwork. We achieve this with a six-layer sandwich wall. In this home, winter is warmer and summer is cooler. At today's energy prices, this is a major advantage. The six-layer wall provides twice the sound insulation of the American House than the brick wall. Peace of mind and a good night's sleep are priceless.
Earthquake resistance depends very much on the mass of the building. The mass of the American house is 15 times smaller than the mass of the same house made of bricks and concrete. Therefore, its earthquake resistance is many times better. The smaller mass also makes it the ideal construction for landslide zones and terrains with lower load-bearing capacity.
The construction period is only 3 months. This is for the most part "dry construction". Wet processes are minimal. This makes construction easier even on high humidity days, rainy days and snowy days. We use the latest improved American home building technology. Our team is trained by American specialists with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Fast commissioning saves you time and money.
In brick houses, the thickness of the outer walls is 40 cm, and the inner walls are 17 cm. In the houses built according to American technology, the outer walls and the load-bearing inner walls are 20 cm, and the non-load-bearing inner walls are 12 cm. This means that at a 100 sq m brick house and a 100 sq m house built in American technology, the American one has 15% more usable (light) area or one room more than the brick one, for the same unfolded built-up area. And this is provided that the thermal insulation in the American technology is three times better than the brick version.
